2.1. What Basic Information Do We Collect?
In operating the Site, horberg.com may include registration, online surveys, and other online forms that ask users to provide their names, company names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, URL’s and other contact information.
2.2. What Additional Information Do We Collect?
(a) Automatic Collection. Our servers automatically recognize visitors’ IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet), Internet service provider, browser type, computer platform, referring website, date and time of access, links clicked through. No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The Site may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

(a) How We Use Your Information. We use the information we receive to deliver services and information about our products, promotions, sales, services, and Website.
- b) Personal Information. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as necessary or appropriate to provide you with the products and services offered by us, or with respect to your inquiry, online account information, or to deliver e-mail newsletters, services and information about our products, promotions, and sales or to comply with the law. We may use your personal information to verify your identity or to follow up with transactions initiated on the Site. The information may also be provided to Companies that provide support services to us, such as processing credit applications or payments, administration of our e-mails, data analysis, technical support, surveys and various online promotions. We may also use your contact information to inform you of any changes to the Site, to send you additional information about Horberg Industries, or to offer you other products, programs, or services that we believe may be of interest to you.
- c) Anonymous Information. We use anonymous information to analyze our Site traffic, but we do not examine this information for individually identifying information. In addition, we may use anonymous IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer the Site, or to display the content according to your preferences. Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners, advertisers and service providers on an aggregate and anonymous basis.
(e) Disclosure of Personal Information. We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
(i) Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on horberg.com or its affiliates;
(ii) protect and defend the rights or property of horberg.com or the users of the Site; and/or
(iii) act under exigent circumstances to protect the safety of the public or users of the Site.
(f) Sale of Assets. In order to accommodate changes in our business, we may sell or buy portions of our company or other companies or assets, including the information collected through the Site. If horberg.com substantially sells all of its assets, or the assets of one of its business lines are acquired, customer information will be one of the assets transferred to the acquirer.
(g) Opting-Out. Users may opt out of receiving certain types of communications by sending an email to email@example.com

Horberg Industries Inc., in its ongoing commitment to cybersecurity excellence, has engaged a third-party CMMC Registered Practitioner Organization, OCD Tech, to review its compliance with the requirements set forth in the National Institute for Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-171 (NIST 800-171) in accordance with the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Rule (DFARS) clause 252.204-7012: Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting. The review was inclusive of readiness for the upcoming CMMC requirements. OCD Tech concluded that Horberg is fully compliant with all parts of the current Rule and is strategically positioned for eventual CMMC certification.
