PRECISION THRU FEED GRINDING
We deliver unmatched centerless grinding precision for cylindrical components ranging from 0.035" to 0.3175" in diameter, achieving industry-leading tolerances of ±0.0001" FIR, roundness of 0.000020" FIR, and surface finishes of 3 Ra or better. Our advanced centerless grinding process maintains straightness control of 0.00010" per inch across lengths up to 15 feet with tolerances held to ±0.00005". We specialize in both high-volume production runs and complex geometries including cylindrical, stepped, and conical shapes, with thru feed grinding capabilities ensuring consistent accuracy throughout your components.
